Today the game leveled up and we got to play with the rabbits; rabbit based immune suppression stuff. Jim did pretty well; some chills, lots of other drugs to combat the Boss Level rabbit, but you know you are playing hardball when you are the only patient your RN has for the day and she spends all her time sitting with you and monitoring your every twitch.

Clearly, I was superfluous, so I went for a long run around the dam, took pictures of the water and admired the birds: a flock of Canada geese, five big dudes (maybe vultures) thermally way up high and something small, quick and pretty near the ground that looked like a very small bird of prey.

Dinner has arrived. PT, OT, RT, SS and dietitian are gone. Time for dinner, a movie, chemo and a good night's sleep. But, before I sign off, if you were thinking of visiting this weekend, tomorrow is better than Sunday (the Rabbit will be back on Sunday) and when you do, please remember to wear very clean clothes (no spores, fungi, seeds or pollen, please).

And, a very happy birthday to you, Magdy!
